1 80 hours of leave each year are either taken or lost each year. This policy is in place to promote the use of at least 2 weeks of vacation per year for quality of life issues. The remaining unused leave may be cashed out at the end of the calendar year.

2 These insurance policies are offered by Altus, but currently must be on a personal policy. To compensate for the costs of these insurances, we increase the employee’s salary by the amount of the costs of these premiums. This in turn also increases our retirement contribution and your available cashable leave figure.
